Clan Promotions

After discussing it today with Pants. Some long overdue promotions have been issued. The promotions are a reflection on how commited each member has been. The more commited the member the greater the promotion.
Also Evil Bastard has been appointed the position of Match
Co-Ordinator and will be responsible for notify members of upcoming matches etc.
